We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager with proven experience in a technology consulting environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, keen to learn, grow and develop with the business, as well as facilitate the growth of others. In this role, you are part of a fast-growing organization, yet very young at heart, and playing a role with real impact in shaping the culture, maturing the processes, and eventually supporting our expansion beyond Singapore.
- The primary focus revolves around lead generation, prospecting, and the conversion of opportunities into long-term business partnerships. This involves diligently pursuing leads, conducting research on potential clients, and leveraging multiple channels (such as networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals) to create a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Active participation in industry events, conferences, and meetups is essential for building connections and expanding the network
- Customized proposals must be crafted and terms negotiated to align with each client's specific requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to enhance the sales funnel, discover new growth opportunities, and ensure the fulfillment of sales and profit goals
- Working closely with technical teams is necessary to align client requirements with proposed solutions. Managing and nurturing a sales pipeline while identifying gaps in current sales processes is also part of the role. Maintaining a clear and accurate outlook on quarterly goals, potential risks, emerging opportunities, and areas to focus on is essential
- Guiding the entire sales process with target prospects and senior decision-makers, including revitalizing relationships with inactive prospects. Selling across various industry verticals and engaging with C-level executives is a key aspect. Meeting sales targets through strategic selling processes and adhering to sales plans is imperative.
- Regular reporting and diligent management of prospective client data in our CRM system (Pipedrive) are essential tasks. Additionally, maintaining and updating account plans for key target accounts is part of the responsibilities

Requirements:
- Demonstrated history of achieving successful sales outcomes within a consulting or software services company.
- Familiarity with technology trends, software development, agile methodologies, and digital transformation is strongly preferred
