Position Summary:

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the business by introducing and selling innovative software solutions to key clients within the banking, financial services, and insurance industries. Leveraging your extensive experience in the software sales domain, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the BFSI sector in Thailand, targeting key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, develop account plans, and execute sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, senior management, and key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress against targets and key milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to the BFSI sector.
  • Deep understanding of the banking, financial services, and insurance industries in Thailand, including knowledge of industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong network of contacts within the BFSI sector, with existing relationships at the executive level preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai languages required; additional languages a plus.
