Institutional Client Onboarding Manager

The role will oversee the onboarding journey for institutional clients, ensuring a smooth integration process. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and meet service expectations while conducting regular account evaluations to maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Monitoring client transactions for compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing standards will also be essential. As the main client liaison, you will address inquiries and provide ongoing support, fostering strong relationships to drive engagement and growth

The ideal candidate should be a Singaporean or PR holder with at least 5 years of experience in client onboarding, sales, or compliance within the financial or digital asset sectors. Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and KYC processes is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are required, along with familiarity with productivity and CRM tools. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary, and additional certifications are advantageous. Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of an Asian language preferred. This position is suited for a motivated individual dedicated to providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
