Are you a dynamic sales professional passionate about financial technology and risk management? A global financial technology vendor is presently hiring a Country Sales Manager to join their team in the Philippines


The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth in the region – you will proactively identify and engage prospective clients, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored risk solutions and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. 
 



Ideal Candidate

  • At least 15 years of software sales experience with a hunter mentality in the financial industry, specializing in banking solutions.
  • Proven success in selling enterprise software (Finance, Regulatory, Risk & AML) to banks, with deep industry expertise.
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs & CROs) and a well-established network within the banking sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strategic, results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and travel as needed.
