A global financial technology company is presently hiring for an experienced Chief Technology Officer in Kuala Lumpur to drive innovation, enhance technology infrastructure, and lead digital transformation efforts.
Given your expertise, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals. You will lead IT advancements to strengthen and optimize fraud prevention solutions.
In addition, you will also lead and develop a high-performing tech team fostering innovation and efficiency to drive business success. You will work closely with executives, clients, and technology partners, manage key stakeholders and vendors to maximize technological advancements and strategic growt
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 15+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on financial services and the fintech industry. Background in fraud prevention software/solutions is an advantage.
- Has at least 5 years in the same capability as a Chief Technology Officer or similar IT/technical leadership role/s.
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise in optimizing financial software and platforms to enhance efficiency and security.
- Proven leadership skills, has experience in guiding and driving technical and engineering teams.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex technological challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills. Confident in dealing with other c-level, senior management and stakeholders.
